Riyadh Cement BOD distributes SR90 mln profits for H1

The Board of Directors of Riyadh Cement Company decided to distribute cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the first half of the year 2022 as below:
It added that the total amount distributed is SR90000000. The dividend per share is 0.75. The percentage of dividends to the share par value (%) is 7.5 %.
The company said in a statement on Monday on Tadawul that the number of shares due for dividends is 120,000,000 shares, and the distribution date will be on September 28, 2022.
The eligibility of dividend is for shareholders who own the shares at the market (Trading) close on Thursday 15/09/2022 (eligibility date) and who are registered in the Company’s shareholders register at Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
Cash Distribution will be through direct bank transfer to bank accounts linked to shareholders’ portfolios. The company reminds its shareholders to update their data with banks to ensure that future distribution will be deposited directly.
