Qassim Cement BOD recommends distributing SR45 mln cash dividends for Q2

The Board of Directors of Qassim Cement Company recommended (by circulation) on Monday 12-09-2022 to distribute cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the second quarter of the year 2022.
The company said that the total amount distributed is SR45 Million. The dividend per share is SR0.50 per share. The percentage of dividends to the share par value (%) is 5 %.
It added that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 90,000,000 shares. The distribution date is on Wednesday 12-10-2022.
The eligibility date will be on Sunday 25-09-2022, the eligibility is for shareholders who own the shares on the date of eligibility, and who are registered in the company’s shareholders register at Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
The distribution will be, through direct transfer to bank accounts linked to shareholders’ portfolios, thus the company “reminds the shareholders to update their data with banks that have their accounts in to ensure that their future profits are deposited directly.”
