Obeikan Glass BOD distributes SR48 mln cash dividends for H1

Obeikan Glass Company announced on Tuesday the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2022.
The total amount distributed is SR48,000,000. The number of shares eligible for dividends is 24,000,000 shares. The dividend per share is 2. The percentage of dividends to the share par value (%) is 20 %. The distribution date is 19-09-2022.
The eligibility of dividends will be to the shareholders owning shares on the due date which is Monday, September 12, 2022, and those who are registered in the company’s shareholders register with the Securities Depository Centre Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
The distribution will be through direct transfer to the bank accounts linked to the shareholders’ investment portfolios.
