Nahdi GA agrees to works and contracts made with related parties

The Board of Directors of Nahdi Medical Company announced on Tuesday the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly held on Monday 19/09/2022. The percentage of attending shareholders is 77.66%.
The Results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) of Nahdi Medical Company held on 19/09/2022:
– Approval of the works and contracts that took place between Nahdi and Mr. Abdulrahman Abdullah Amer AlNahdi to provide real estate services to Nahdi, starting from 01/07/2022 for a year, and the value of the transaction was (SR250,000) annually. Mr. Abdullah Amer Al-Nahdi has an indirect interest, on the prevailing commercial terms and without preferential benefits.
– Approval of the works and contracts that took place between Nahdi and Alothaim Company. That Nahdi signed lease contracts with Alothaim (Seven) lease contracts to use as pharmacies, and the total value of the transactions was (SR3,872,164,whereas Mr. Abdullatif Ali Al-Saif has an indirect interest, and the contract/s with no prevailing commercial terms and without preferential benefits.
