Mobi BOD distributes SR7.5 mln cash dividends for H1

The National Fertilizer Company (Mobi) announced on Thursday the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute SR7.5 million interim cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2022, equivalent to 15% of the nominal value of the share.
The company indicated that the number of shares entitled to dividends is 5 million shares, at SR1.50 per share.
The eligibility of dividends shall be for the Company’s Shareholders who owns shares by the end of trading day of Wednesday 05-10-2022 and registered with the Securities Depository Center (Depository Center) at the end of the Second trading day following the date of entitlement.
