MIS‏ ‏renews and amends bank facility in compliant with Islamic ‎Sharia with SABB

Al-Muammar Information Systems (MIS) for the renewal and amendment of the Shariah-compliant banking facilities with the Saudi British Bank.

MIS announced the renewal and modification of the Islamic Shariah-compliant banking facilities with the Saudi British Bank with a value of 266,621,206.00 riyals.

Regarding the guarantees provided in return for the financing, the company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that it is represented in the facilities agreement secured by a promissory note with the value of the facilities.
