Ladun Investment appoints new CEO

Ladun Investment Company announces that the board of directors accepting in the first meeting held on Tuesday, Safar 10, 1444 AH, corresponding to September 06, 2022 the resignation of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Suliman Abdulaziz Albatli and decided to appoint him as the managing director of the company, effective from Safar 10, 1444 AH corresponding to September 06, 2022.

The Board of Directors also decided, at the same meeting held on the above-mentioned date, to appoint Dr. Hassan Shawqi Ahmed Al-Hazmi as the CEO of the company, effective Safar 10, 1444 AH corresponding to September 06, 2022.

On this occasion, the Chairman and the board of directors extend their appreciation and gratitude to Mr. Suliman Abdulaziz Albatli for his valuable contributions throughout his period of service in the company we wish him success in his new role.
