Jadwa Investment Company, in its capacity as a manager of Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund (the “Fund”), announces a change in the membership of the Fund’s Board of Directors.
Members of the Fund Board after the Change:
1- Ghannam Suliman Al Ghannam – Chairman of the Board
2- Dr. Nouf Nasser Al Sharif – Dependent Board Member
3- Nader Hassan Al Amri – Independent Board Member
4- Adel Khaled Al Kadi – Independent Board Member
