Jabal Omar deposits fractional shares resulting from capital ‎increase in eligible shareholders accounts

With reference to the announcement of Jabal Omar Development Company (the “Company”) on the Saudi Stock Exchange’s (Tadawul) website on 05/02/1444H (corresponding to 01/09/2022G) in relation to the completion of the Transaction and the listing of the New Shares that have been issued with respect to the Transaction to the eligible unitholders of Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund, the Company would like to announce that it has completed the sale of the fractional shares resulting from the increase of the share capital of the Company and the completion of the Transaction (the “Fractional Shares”) and it has deposited the net cash proceeds of such sale in the accounts of the eligible unitholders of Alinma Makkah Real Estate Fund (as the eligible shareholders).

The proceeds of the Fractional Shares sale were distributed by Alinma Investment Company, which shall be deposited in the bank accounts associated with the eligible unitholders’ investment accounts.
