Dallah Healthcare BOD distributes SR90 mln cash dividends for H1

Dallah Healthcare Company announced on Wednesday the distribution of dividends to the shareholders for the first half of the fiscal year 2022. The total distributed amount is SR90,000,000, provided that the share of the distribution is SR1, and the distribution ratio to the nominal value of the share (%) is 10%.
The company said that the number of shares entitled to dividends is 90,000,000 shares, and the distribution date will be on 10/09/2022.
The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders who own shares on closing of, 25/09/2022 and registered in the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following.
