CMA approves amending business list of BNP Paribas Saudi Arabia
The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced its approval of the request of the Saudi BNP Paribas Investment Company to amend the list of businesses it is licensed to practice, to become, after the amendment: dealing, keeping, arranging, and advising in securities business.
This is based on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 06/02/1424 AH and its implementing regulations.
