BinDawood Holding accepts resignation of Mr. Ahmad Abdulrazzag BinDawood

BinDawood Holding Company announced on Tuesday that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Ahmad Abdulrazzag BinDawood (Executive Member) from the membership of the Board of Directors and its committees effective from 04/09/2022.
The Board has expressed its thanks and gratitude to Mr. Ahmad Abdulrazzag BinDawood for his efforts during his membership and wished him all the success.
The company said it will announce any developments regarding the appointment or assignment of a new CEO.
