AWPT announces update on Obtaining a Banking facilities ‎agreement

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. received the agreement after signed by all parties on Wednesday 28/09/2022 corresponding 02/03/1444H. so accordingly disclosed.

Reference to the company announcement regarding the Obtaining a Banking facilities agreement with Saudi British Bank, we notify that in date of 28 Sep 2022 the value of the financing was increased with SAR 359,008,000 so it will be from SAR 150,000,000 to be SAR 509,008,000 and the security provided against financing under a promissory note were increased with SAR 409,008,000 all other conditions remain unchanged.
