Arabian pipes BOD recommends end of current BOD and election of new BOD

Arabian pipes Company announced on Wednesday Board of Directors recommendation on 27/09/2022 to end the current session for Board of Directors, which stared on 23/05/2021 and ends on 24/05/2024 staring from the next General Assembly.

This request to be presented in the General Assembly of the shareholders of the company, where the Board of directors decided to give the opportunity to the shareholders to participate in order to ensure the continuation of the development and expansion of the company’s business.

Accordingly, General Assembly will be invited after obtaining the necessary approvals of the related official authorities.

Meeting agenda will be:

• Voting on the end of the current session of Board of Directors staring from the next General Assembly.
• Voting to elect new board members after the approval of the first item for the next term for three years starting from the next General Assembly.

Based on the responsibility of the Board of directors under Article 68 of the Companies Law, the Board and the committees will continue to perform their duties until the date of the general assembly and vote to end the current Board of director’s session.
