Arab Sea subsidiary obtains Central Bank approval to engage in E-payments activity

Arab Sea Information System Company announced on Sunday that on September 15, 2022, Arab Sea Financial Company (one of its subsidiaries) obtained the final approval from the Saudi Central Bank to engage in E- payments activity, according to what was published on the website of the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia.
The company said in a statement on Sunday on Tadawul that there are no costs associated with the event during the current period, and the financial impact will be announced later.
