Alkhorayef signs contract for operation and maintenance of water networks in Al-Baha with National Water for SR45.6 mln

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies announced on Thursday the signing of a 36-month contract for the operation and maintenance of water networks in Al-Baha by the National Water Company, at a value of SR45,648,141.29, including value-added tax.
Alkhorayef Water and Energy Technology Company will carry out the operation and maintenance of the water networks in the Al-Baha area – Al-Baha Business Unit for a period of 36 months.
The company said in a statement the financial impact started in the 4th quarter of 2021and there is no related parties.
Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. received the agreement on Wednesday 07/09/2022 after being signed by all parties, so accordingly disclosed.
This comes with reference to the company announcement of awarding the contract on 28/09/2021.
