Al Sagr Insurance submits capital reduction request file to CMA

Alsagr Cooperative Insurance Company informed that on Wednesday 21/09/2022, a file requesting approval to reduce the capital to CMA has been submitted.
It said that the company will announce any future updates in this regard if available.
This comes further to the announcement done by Alsagr Cooperative Insurance Company in Tadawul on 05/09/2022 regarding the recommendation of the Board of Directors to reduce the company’s capital.
