Al-Omran appoints Muhammad Al-Omran as Chairman of BOD and Nasser Bin Omran as Vice- Chairman

The Al-Omran Industrial Trading Company announced on Thursday the decisions of the Board of Directors held on Wednesday 07/09/2022, which included the appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, the formation of committees emanating from the Board, and the appointment of representatives of the company to the Saudi Stock Exchange and Financial Market Authority (Tadawul), as follows: next one:
