Al-Omran appoints Alinma Investment as financial advisor to manage subscription of rights issue
Al-Omran Industrial Trading Company announced on Sunday the appointment of Alinma Investment Company as a financial advisor to manage the subscription of rights shares priority.
This comes with reference to the announcement of Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co. on 21-08-2022 containing the Board of Directors’ recommendation to increase the company’s capital through a rights issue.
