Al Hammadi Holding BOD recommends cash dividend ‎distribution for Q3‎

Al Hammadi Holding Co. said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the number of shares entitled to dividends is 160,000,000 shares, and the distribution date will be on 9/27/2022.

The eligibility for profits will be for the company’s shareholders who own shares on the due date Sunday 9/18/2022 and are registered with the Securities Depository Center (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
