Sumou BOD Distributes SR19 mln Cash Dividends for 1H

Sumou Real Estate Company announced on Wednesday its board of directors’ decision to distribute cash dividends to the shareholders for the first half of 2022.

The gross amount distributed is SR 18,750,000. The dividend per share  is SR 0.50. The percentage of dividend to the share par value (%) is 5 %.

The company said in a statement on Wednesday on Tadawul that the number of shares entitled to dividends is 37,500,000 shares, and the distribution date will be on Sunday 18-09-2022.

The eligibility for profits on Sunday 04-09-2022 for whom are registered in shareholders’ record at securities depository center company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
