Shatirah House deposits Sums Resulting from Selling Fractional Stocks in Eligible Shareholders’ Accounts

Shatirah House Restaurant Co. Announces the distribution of proceeds, to eligible shareholders, from the sale of fractional shares in connection with the Company’s issuance of two bonus share for every five shares held by shareholders, as approved by the extraordinary general assembly (first meeting) held on Thursday 1/12/1443 corresponding to 30/6/2022.

The company added on Tadawul that number of sold shares was 125, while the fractional share sales revenue was SR 14,350.03/ 115 per share.
