SABB Takaful announces BOD member Resignation

SABB Takaful announces the resignation of a member of the Board of Directors, Ms. Maha Al Sudairi as she submitted her resignation on 08-08-2022AD due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors approved the resignation on 09-08-2022AD and the resignation is valid from 09-08-2022AD.

In this regard, the Board of Directors would like to thank Ms. Maha Al Sudairi for her efforts during her membership in the Board, wishing her all the best.
