Ladun Announces Start of Electronic Voting on Items of General Assembly

Ladun Investment Company announced on Wednesday the commencement of the remote electronic voting on the agenda items for the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), which is scheduled to be held via modern technology channels, on Sunday 28/08/2022, where electronic voting will start from Saturday corresponding to 24-08-2022, for a 30 minutes from the beginning of the assembly meeting time.
Therefore, Ladun Investment Company invites all its shareholders to participate in the electronic vote, by visiting the Tadawulaty platform.
This comes with referrece to the announcement of Ladun Investment Company on Saudi Exchange dated 10/08/2022, the Addendum to the announcement dated 07/08/2022 regarding inviting the shareholders to attend the meeting of the Extraordinary General Assembly The first meeting.
