Jarir Marketing BOD recommends distributing SR174 mln cash dividend for 2Q

Jarir Marketing Co. announces the distribution of dividend worth SR 174 million to the shareholders for the Second quarter of 2022, with percentage of dividend to the share par value at 14.5%/ or SR 1.45 per share.

The company added that number of shares eligible for dividends        is 120 million shares.

The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders whose owns shares on maturity Monday,08/08/2022, and registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the date of maturity.
