FIPCO files for capital increase through rights issue offer worth SR115 mln
Filling and Packing Materials Manufacturing Co. (FIPCO) filed to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to increase its capital to SAR 115 million through a rights issue offer. The company had appointed Wasatah Capital as financial advisor to manage the rights issue.
It should be noted that FIPCO’s board of directors recommended in February increasing the company’s capital through a rights issue to SAR 115 million.
