ELM inks extension annex for operating centers contract with a ‎government entity

With reference to the pervious announcement of Elm Company on 21/08/1443H (corresponding to 24/03/2022G) regarding the extinction of the contract of operating centers dated 18/07/1442H (corresponding to 02/03/2021G), Elm Company announces that it signed an extension annex to the contract for an additional six months on 18/01/1444H (corresponding to 16/08/2022G), It should be noted that there is no increase in the value of the contract and the contract’s entitlement is based on performance which is calculated based on the number of executed transactions. Therefore, the revenue in 2022 will be based on the number of transactions that will be executed.
