Aslak BOD Distributes SR35 mln Profits for 1H

United Wire Factories Company (Aslak) announced on Monday the decision of the Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the 1st half of the year 2022. The total amount distributed is SR 35,100,000.

The company added that the percentage of dividend to the share par value is 10%.

The company said that the number of shares entitled to dividends is 35,100,000 shares, and the distribution date will be Thursday 18/8/2022.

The company also added that the eligibility of the shareholders who own the shares by the end of the maturity date is Thursday 7/8/2022 and the registered in the company’s shareholders register at the Securities Depository Center for trading at the end of the second trading day following the due date.

The company also calls upon its shareholders to promptly update their data and ensure that bank account numbers (IBAN) are linked to the trading portfolios to ensure that their profits are deposited without delay; dividends are transferred automatically to the shareholder portfolio without the need to contact the company.
