Allianz SF GA Approves Election of 9 Members to BOD

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Monday the results of the 23rd Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the second meeting), which was held an hour after the first meeting, which was not held due to lack of quorum, on Sunday on 08/07/2022, from through modern technology.

It added the incorrect statements in the previous announcement about the results of the assembly meeting:

• Voting to form auditing committee and set their tasks and duties as well as the incentives for the committee members for the new session as of 8th August 2022 up to the expiry of the session on 07 August 2022 knowing that the candidates (whose CVs are attached herewith) namely:
• Abdullah Sughair Al-Hussaini
• Mohammad Youssef Helmi
• Mostafa Ahmad Gamal Abdullatif
• Basel Mohammed Jabr
• Osama Mohammed Al Sabeg

It also added the correct statements which are represented in:

• Approving to form the audit committee and setting their tasks and duties as well as the incentives for the committee members for the new session as of 8th August 2022 up to the expiry of the session on 07 August 2025 knowing that the candidates (whose CVs are attached herewith) namely:

1- Dr. Abdullah Sughair Al-Hussaini
