Tadawul approves listing Government Debt Instruments Of a Class Already Listed

Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of SAR (2,930,000,000) detailed as follow:

1. Increase in issuance 2022-06-12 (Tadawul code: 5326) by SAR 2,450,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 5,028,900,000.
2. Increase in issuance 2022-06-08 (Tadawul code: 5325) by SAR 480,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 3,343,500,000.

Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Sunday 31/07/2022.
