Saudi Fisheries extends MOU with ARASCO for 3 months

‎Referring to the company’s announcement on Tadawul ‎website dated ‎‏18-04-2022‏‎ AD regarding the extend a ‎memorandum of understanding with the Arabian ‎Agricultural Services Company (ARASCO), the Saudi ‎Fisheries Company announces the two parties’ agreement ‎to extend the memorandum of understanding for a period ‎of three months from 20-‎‏07‏‎-2022 AD to 19-‎‏10‏‎-2022 AD ‎with the same agreed terms and conditions.‎

It should be noted that Fisheries had announced on April 18^th its intention to extend the memorandum of understanding with ARASCO.‎
