SABB Takaful appoints BOD Chairman, Vice Charmin

Reference to the General Assembly Meeting of SABB Takaful Company convened on Monday, 13/06/2022 AD corresponding to 14/11/1443 AH, that included election of new Board of Directors for new term of three years from 13/06/2022 AD to 12/06/2025 AD.

During the meeting held on 14/06/2022 AD the Board of Directors elected the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board, subject to SAMA approval.

SABB Takaful Company announces that SAMA approval has been received on 28/07/2022 AD corresponding to 29/12/1443 AH for the appointment of Mr. Mohammed Alshayea as the Chairman and Mr. Yasser Albarrak as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
