Red Sea Announces Start of Electronic Voting on GA Meeting Agenda

Red Sea International announced on Wednesday that electronic voting on the agenda on assembly’s agenda will start on July 20, 2022.

This comes with reference to the announcement of Red Sea International Company on the Tadawul website on June 28, 2022, regarding inviting its valued shareholders to participate and vote in the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), which is scheduled to be held on July 24, 2022, by means of modern technology.
