Naseej Technology Signs Contract with National eLearning Centre worth SR14.5 mln

Naseej for Technology Company announced on Monday the signing of a contract with the National eLearning Centre to supply and implement an innovation project in the field of e-education and training – operating flexible learning paths, at a value of SR14,500,000 (inclusive of value added tax) for a period of 24 months.

This contract is expected to have a positive impact on the financial statements of the company for the years 2022 & 2023.

In another context, Naseej for Communications and Information Technology Company announced the completion of the statutory procedures for changing company’s name to Naseej for Technology, which based on the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly held on April 12, 2022 to amend Article Two of the company’s bylaw.

It concluded: “It should be noted that the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting took place before the company’s shares were listed in the Parallel Market (Nomu), and the legal entity at that date was a closed joint stock company”.
