Medgulf Accepts Resignation of Mohammed Al-Ayidi as Audit Committee Chairman

The Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance (MEDGULF) announced the resignation of Mohammed Al-Ayidi as Audit Committee Chairman, an independent external board member. Mohammed Al-Ayidi, resigned on Tuesday, 06 December 2022. Due to his commitment to other work, the resignation shall come into force from the submission date, and the Board of Directors accepted the resignation on Tuesday, 5 July 2022.

Therefore, the Company’s Board of Directors sincerely thanks and appreciates Professor Mohammed bin Omar Al Ayidi for his efforts and active participation during his tenure on the audit committee, wishing him continued success.
