Marifa Capital announces publication of registration document for Rawasi Al-Binaa Investment for purpose of listing in parallel market

Marifa Capital in its capacity as the Financial Advisor announced on Tuesday the publication of the registration document (in Arabic).

This comes with reference to the Saudi Stock Exchange approval for the listing of Rawasi Al-Binaa Investment Company’s and the Capital Market Authority “CMA” approval dated 15/06/2022of Rawasi Al-Binaa Investment Company’s application for the registration of its shares for direct listing in the parallel market.
