Anaam Holding distributes SR42.3 mln compensation to Right Issues Owners

Anaam International Holding Group Company (the “Company”) announces the starting date of distributing the compensation to holders of Rights Issue who have not exercised their rights to subscribe to the new shares, ampunted to SR 42.3 million.

Anaam International Holding Group Company will deposit the amounts in the bank accounts of eligible investors who have not exercised their right to subscribe to new shares and those entitled to fractional shares. As for the eligible investors whose bank account data is not available or incomplete, they can visit the head office of the company or contact Investor Relations Department.
