Almunajem BOD distributes SR75 mln cash dividend for 1H

The Board of Directors of Almunajem Foods Co, has decided on 18-12-1443H Corresponding to 17-07-2022 to distribute cash dividends worth SR 75 million to the shareholders for the first half of 2022, with percentage of dividend to the share par value is 12.5%.

The company added that number of shares eligible for dividends is 60,000,000 Shares, with dividend per share is at SR 1.25.

The Eligibility date shall be at the end of trading day Corresponding to 31-07-2022 for the shareholders registered in Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the dividends distribution date.

The company would like to inform the shareholders that the distribution of profits will be through the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) Starting from Sunday the date of 16-01-1444H Corresponding 14/08/2022.

 “for non-resident investors the dividend paid by the company is subject to a withholding tax of 5.0% upon transfer to the nonresident investor or credit to its account according to the provisions of Article (68) of the Income Tax Law and Article (63) of the Implementing Regulations.”
