Allianz Announces Mr. Antoine Jan Issa resignation from Board of Directors

Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Thursday that Board Member Mr. Antoine Jan Issa (Non-Executive) submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors on 30/06/2022 due to personal reasons.

Noting that the company’s board of directors has approved the acceptance of the resignation on 13/07/2022, provided that it takes effect as of 13/07/2022.

The company’s board of directors also extends its thanks and appreciation to Mr. Antoine Issa for his effective role during his tenure on the Board.
