Alkhabeer REIT distributes SR17.6 mln dividends to Unitholders

Alkhabeer Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends worth SR 17.6 million to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT for the period from 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022, with distribution ratio of the net assets value is at 1.497%.

The company added that number of outstanding units on which cash distributions will be distributed is 141,008,848, while the amount of dividends distributed shall be SR 0.125 per Unit.

Distributions will be paid within 30 business days of the distribution entitlement date.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
