Al-Othaim Announces Cancellation of IPO of 30% of Capital of Abdullah Al-Othaim in Main Market

The Al-Othaim Investment Company announced on Sunday that it received a letter from the Investment Company on 30/06/2022 indicating the cancellation of the initial public offering of 30% of its capital in the main market.

This comes with reference to the Company’s announcement published on Saudi Exchange Website on 17 March 2022, with regards to the Capital Market Authority Approval of the Initial Offering of (%30) of shares of Abdullah Al-Othaim Investment Company “Investment’s Company” and the Company’s board of Directors approval on 16 March 2022G for selling all the Company shares which equal to (%13.65) of the Investment’s Company’s Capital through initial public offering in the main Market.
