Al-Jouf Cement: BOD Mohamed Attia chairman Resigned, appointed as part-time consultant

Al-Jouf Cement Company announced on Tuesday that its Board of Directors has agreed to accept the resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors (non-executive), from his position and his appointment as a part-time consultant, until the end of the current board session on August 5, 2023.

Thus, the members of the Board of Directors of Al-Jouf Cement Company extend to the engineer / Mohammed bin Saeed Attia their sincere thanks and appreciation for his efforts and effective and valuable participation that he presented during his term as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, wishing him continued success.
