Al-Etihad Insurance Deposits Sums Resulting from Selling Fractional Stocks in Shareholders’ Accounts

Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance Company Announces the distribution of proceeds, to eligible shareholders, from the sale of fractional shares in connection with the Company’s issuance of one bonus share for every eight shares held by shareholders, as approved by the extraordinary general assembly (second meeting) held on Thursday 01 Dhul -Hijjah 1443H corresponding to 30 June 2022.

The proceeds from the sale of the fractional shares will be deposited by Banque Saudi Fransi directly to investors’ bank accounts, linked to their investment portfolios.

The number of sold shares is 7850, while the fractional shares sales revenue is SR 112,255, with average selling price/share at SR 14.3.
