Abo Moati distributes SR10 mln cash dividends for year ended March 2022

Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati Bookstores Company Board of Directors recommend the distribution of cash dividends worth SR 10 million to company shareholders for the fiscal year ended 31 / 03 / 2022, with percentage of dividend to the share par value is 5%.

The company added that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 20,000,000 shares/ dividend per share is at SR 0.5.

The eligibility of the dividends shall be at the end of trading day of the upcoming Ordinary General Assembly meeting, for the shareholders registered in Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the General Assembly Meeting date that will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
