Yanbu Cement BOD Distributes SR118 mln Profits for 1H

Yanbu Cement Company announced on Thursday the Board of Directors’ resolution to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of the financial year 2022. The dividend per share is SR 0.75. Percentage of Dividend to the Share Par Value (%) 7.5 %

The company said in a statement that the total amount distributed is SR 118.125.000. The date of the board’s decision is 01.06.2022.

The eligibility dividends shall be for the shareholders who own the shares on the maturity date shall be on Sunday 12/06/2022 and who registered with the Securities Depository Centre Company at the end of the second trading day following the date of maturity.
