Thimar announces resignation and appointment of audit committee member

Thimar Development Holding Company announces that Mr. Abdulaziz bin Awajan Al-Rashidi has submitted his resignation from the membership of the Audit Committee on May 13, 2022, and the board of directors agreed to accept the resignation June 23, 2022, as his resignation takes effect from the date of 07/06/2022.

The Board expressed their great to Mr. Abdul Aziz bin Awajan Al-Rashidi for his effort and contribution during his tenure in the Committee.

The Audit Committee has also appointed His Excellency Eng. Walid bin Abdulaziz Al-Showair, and this appointment will be presented to the General Assembly at its first meeting for approval. The Audit Committee welcomes His Excellency Eng. Waleedbin Abdulaziz Al-Showair, wishing him success.
