Tanmiah announces E-Voting Date on GA Items

Tanmiah Food Company announces the starting date of the electronic voting on the agenda items of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (first meeting) scheduled to be held, God willing, on Sunday, corresponding to 27-11-1443 H, June 26, 2022, at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be by virtual means using the Tadawulty platform. Shareholders registered in the Tadawulaty system may vote electronically on the general assembly meeting’s agenda through Tadawulaty’s website www.tadawulaty.com.sa.

Voting and registration in the Tadawulaty system are accessible to all shareholders. Electronic voting will start from 10:00 AM on Wednesday, corresponding to 23-11-1443 H, June 22, 2022, until the end of the time of the assembly.
