SNS to list 25% of shares on Nomu

Al-Dakhil Financial Group, in its capacity as the financial advisor to “Saudi Networkers Services (SNS)”, announced the company’s intention to offer 1.5 million ordinary shares, representing 25% of its shares, and to list them in the parallel market “Nomu”.

The final offer price will be determined before the start of the offering period, which will start on Sunday 07/24/2022 and end on Thursday 07/28/2022.

This is a reference to the market’s approval issued on 01/10/2022 to list the shares of the SNS shares on the parallel market, and the approval of the Capital Market Authority on 06/07/2022 to register and offer the company’s shares for initial public subscription in the parallel market.
