Sipchem completes maintenance activities for IAC plant

Sahara International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) is pleased to announce the completion of the scheduled periodic turnaround maintenance activities for International Acetyl Company (IAC) commenced on Tuesday 21st June 2022.

During the scheduled turnaround, all the required works were completed according to the scheduled plan, which will enhance International Acetyl Company (IAC) plant efficiency, increase its reliability, and allow it to achieve its future operational plans.

The financial impact of this scheduled turnaround will be reflected in the company’s financial results of the second quarter of 2022. The company has announced that it has taken the necessary actions to eliminate any potential impact on its customers.

It should be noted that the scheduled maintenance turnaround for the Plants of International Acetyl Company (IAC) was announced on First of June 2022 and was intended to enhance the reliability of the Plants and to allow for its future operational plans to be achieved.
