Sharqiyah GA to start E-Voting on agenda items..Today

Sharqiyah Development Co. has announced to its shareholders the electronic voting date on its agenda items of the assembly meeting from June 23, 2022, at (10:00) a.m. until the end of the assembly’s period. Registration and electronic voting through a trading service will be available without fees.

This comes as a reference to the corporation’s announcement on the trading site on June 2, 2022, which includes inviting the shareholders to attend the meeting of the General Assembly at the first meeting, scheduled to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 27, 2022, through modern technology.
